We offer continuous training in MailDirect and make sure that you are always up to date with the latest features. The training sessions are carried out on the phone or via our online support system. You will as well receive our newsletters full of advice and general support. A series of workshops may be of extra assistance for you and your email markeing.

We are currently creating our online forum – MailDirect Knowledge Base which will provide you with support, help and general advice about e-communication. The different sections will have information about how to design and plan your newsletters, current laws and ethics, how to make sure your newsletters work in all e-mail programs such as Hotmail, Outlook and Lotus Notes and how to find new readers for your newsletters.
