Ready-to-use integrations exist for most major CRM-systems. This facilitates the usage of contact information from your CRM-system in your newsletters. MailDirect can also import and export contact information from Microsoft® Excel® documents. A guided tutorial demonstrates how to handle the information you wish to import.

No duplicates

Your newsletters is automatically cleared of duplicates. This
guarantees that none of your readers receive the same
newsletter twice.

Automatic subscription and unsubscription

MailDirect has ready made modules to make it easy for visitors to your website to subscribe to your newsletter. And your newsletters also contain a link for those readers who wish to unsubscribe.

Detailed contact information

You can edit the contact information for every single contact you add to MailDirect. Specially adapted features makes it easy for you to add customer specific information such as company name, phone numbers, title etc. You can also remove or add the contact in various lists or deactivate the client if you or they wish. It is also possible for you to keep track of which newsletters a client has opened, read and which links he/she has clicked on.
