To ensure our reputation and the deliverability of our customers e-mail we constantly provide measures to ensure that the service is not abused. Our customer agreements follow the rules and recommendations of SWEDMA (read more on en.swedma.se). This means that we have the right to immediately deny our services to customers who are not abiding by our agreed rules and regulations.
To identify and prevent abuse we always take reports of unsolicited e-mail from recipients seriously by unsubscribing them from future mailings from that same sender and informing the sender of the event. If more than one report is made on a single mailing or if repeated reports are made on the same sender we always start an inquiry on the mailings and their lists. If we find that the service has been abused the sender is immediately denied the service.
